I've been pining after this one since the hardback released, but I'm more of a paperback person so I Waited, and in my Waiting I missed the seasonal alignment to start reading it (come on: I can't be expected to read a collection with this title any time except at the very beginning of spring, right??). But! Guess what!! Spring is once again Arriving, and things are starting to bud and bloom, and I love that!

So I rearranged my bookshelf a bit for fitting trigun on my shelf...

Top shelf is still my persona shelf. It's way too established to change that. But I moved my assorted other fav manga volumes to the bottom shelf, leaving room for This...

It didn't Quite fit all the way, but it's close enough. This shelf is composed of my three top favorite mangas of all time, which are Also the only 3 series that I own in totality. Specifically bc theyre my favorites & I care enough about them to want to own them all lol

It's... really really nice to see them all in one place like this.

And of course. The trigun ❤️ completely worth the money I spent on them.

I suddenly need the Mentalist/due South crossover where Patrick Jane and Benton Fraser sniff corpses, lick evidence, and spin wild plans to solve a crime. (All of it not competitively, not competitively at all, of course, solving a crime is not a competition even though they both absolutely need to win with every fiber of their beings.)

I feel like Jane would treat Fraser a little like Lisbon, in that he would delight in tweaking Fraser's lawfulness. (And I can just see him sourcing a Mountie costume and showing up in it one day...) And Fraser would be all polite polite polite polite polite pol--oh, thank goodness he's gone. After managing to do one grand outfoxing of Jane at the end, anyway, in what is absolutely not revenge for the teasing.

I'm torn on whether Jane would be able to read Fraser like a book or if he'd be stumped. I'm also not sure if Lisbon and pick-your-Ray would enjoy commiserating or become very defensive of the eccentrics they babysit.

Unless someone fills us in on the details I'm betting that the wedding had something to do with Jason realizing some kind of feelings for Artemis. The art was so bad for this webtoon and it feels like it got worse over time. All the women were drawn weirdly and I could not stop looking at Babs' chest in one panel.

But now I'm thinking of like all the wedding dresses over the years that characters have had. I'm trying to remember what Lois or Linda wore but I can't remember. I think I liked Donna's. Babs dresses have always been too plain for me. Selina's black and white was beautiful. I don't think we ever got to see Talia's. I still think Kory's still might be my favorite wedding dress like the sleeves on that thing and how it hugged the frame was just breathtaking.

Grooms just look like grooms.

Also Im praying for you when you go on reddit, Ive been on there for like only two seconds and some of the comments made me never want to back.

No but why did they give Convergence Babs a wedding dress with some kind of computer/tech looking print on it asldkja. They got her looking like R2D2 😭.

The girlies on Four Weddings would've rated her so low for that 😭. They should've done some kind of bead work instead. I feel like sleek and simple works for Babs though.

Yeah Selina's nontraditional dress looked amazing on her. It fit her style really nicely.

Donna's dress was very... conservative. It did have the interesting belt/sash detail which made it look more unique (and maybe even a little priest-like 😭).

Kory's dress was nice for the time, but I feel like they could do more with her dress.

There's one wedding dress Lois has that I'm not a fan of. The one with flowers around the waist and at the end of the skirt. Plus the puffy sleeves and the veil... yeaaah.
